Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
Messaging Terms and Conditions
• By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Meek Industries, from 903-327-6872 regarding customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. Payment Policy
There is a late fee penalty of $50 for all late payments submitted after the due date. If services are booked for extra time, the client will be charged $150 per hour per service on the day/night of the event. The remaining balance is due in full within one week, otherwise an additional $50 late fee will be charged.
Provided Meal for Industry Professionals
THE CLIENT is required to provide the same meals to the company employees working this event, as they are providing to their guests attending the event (buffet/plated/served).
Use of Third Party Equipment
In the event SPIN DJ Entertainment, LLC is requested to use additional third party equipment upon the request of The Client, SPIN DJ Entertainment can not be held responsible for the lack of quality or technical issues related to the use of the third party equipment.
Protection from False Defamation
SPIN DJ Entertainment, LLC is committed to providing their clients with a 100% satisfaction service. If The Client is displeased with the service received from SPIN, it is The Client’s responsibility to inform SPIN of their unhappiness with the service. This can be completed through email or text only. Phone calls will not be (legally) accepted as a complaint since they are not documented or recorded. SPIN DJ Entertainment will handle this matter in a professional, calm manner and the issue will be resolved once the customer is satisfied and both parties have agreed to terms. At no point, is The Client allowed to damage SPIN’s image (or any of their brands) by use of false Internet posts on social media platforms, news stations, false media reports, false comments or any type of false report. If The Client chooses to damage SPIN’s or any affiliated company image, The Client will be held responsible to the fullest extent of the laws of the State of Texas and will be held responsible for all legal fees associated with all incidents pertaining to the damaged reputation matter.
Change of Event Information
THE CLIENT is responsible for informing SPIN DJ ENTERTAINMENT, LLC of any changes to the event time(s), location(s) or date(s) that are reflected in this contract. Should there be any changes occur and the company is not notified of these changes, SPIN DJ Entertainment will not be held responsible for any damages, liabilities or legalities that are associated with this event.
Cancellation Policy
THE CLIENT may request to cancel services at any time, this request of cancellation must be a written notice. All cancellations must be done 365 days prior to the event, or the initial deposit will be forfeited. The initial deposit will be fully credited and may be applied towards a future invoice in the event a cancellation is related to a government required health care social distancing restriction. THE CLIENT will also be held responsible for paying back any concessions (discounts) that were provided to The Client. If The Client cancels services inside the 365-day window from the event date, the company will issue The Client a credit memo, good for 2 years from the issued credit memo date.
Exclusive Jurisdiction
This service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and the courts of Collin County, which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal action, dispute or claim arising from the contract between SPIN DJ ENTERTAINMENT, LLC and The Client.
Media Rights
SPIN DJ Entertainment reserves the rights to media footage that is collected at the event(s) and is allowed to utilize the material for promotional media, marketing and or for any other business purpose(s).
Agreement to Contract
By submitting a deposit to reserve your date, you agree to the terms listed out in this contract and also agree that you, THE CLIENT, have read through this contract in its entirety.
